3 Civic Plaza in Surrey Thousands of people have already toured the 3 Civic Plaza presentation centre since it opened in early March. Like so many others, these folks have been eagerly awaiting the day when homes at the 50-storey tower finally hit the market. And guess what, Metro Vancouver real estate watchers? That day is nearly upon us.

Public sales at 3 Civic Plaza will begin on May 25th at 1pm. Over 2,000 people have already expressed interest in the 353 suites that will become available; so for people who are interested in this exciting project in the heart of Surrey’s new downtown, the quicker they get down to the presentation centre this weekend, the better.

Upon completion, this landmark mixed-use hotel and residential development will be one of the most iconic buildings in Surrey City Centre, as well as the tallest tower in Metro Vancouver south of the Fraser River.

The 36 residential floors of 3 Civic Plaza will boast 20 distinct floorplans featuring  tall ceilings and windows, floor-to-ceiling wall closets, spacious bedrooms, high-end appliances, radiant heating, accent lighting and saoker tubs.

The tower will also have a state-of-the-art parkade with access to the Modo car-sharing network. Of course, with development’s proximity to the Surrey Central SkyTrain station, residents won’t need a car to get to downtown Vancouver in less than 40 minutes.

You can visit the 5,000-square-foot presentation centre prior to this weekend’s grand opening at 10277 King George Boulevard in Surrey.
