Context Library District Condos are often about context: they’re defined by the neighbourhoods that surround them. The Library District Condos, a 29-storey building on Fort York Blvd., will be located in a part of Toronto that’s seen an incredible amount of history and more recently, a burst of new amenities and modern features.

Despite being close to the water and lakefront trails, plus Fort York and the Entertainment District, the project gets its name from another new addition to the neighbourhood, the city of Toronto’s 100th library.

Context, the developer behind the project, has taken the new public space as its inspiration and namesake. The main lobby will be home to countless books along one of the main walls plus the building will house a three-level pavilion known as “The Author’s Club.” The common area will be the perfect perch to read a novel or just sit back and look over the park below.
