Edition-Richmond!-Exterior-RenderingCurated Properties were among the big winners at the annual BILD Awards held by the Building Industry and Land Development Association.

The developer won two awards for its Edition/Richmond including Project of the Year – Low Rise, along with the award for Best New Home Design for Semi or Townhome Under 1,500 square feet.

Each year the industry celebrates the GTA’s best in 48 different categories including design, construction, sales and marketing.

Located on Richmond Street in Toronto’s Queen West neighbourhood, Edition/Richmond is comprised of 20 tailored residences.

The homes are three storey, two and three bedroom units designed by AUDAXarchitecture that include spacious kitchens, and 10 foot ceilings.

Renowned interior designers Cecconi Simone created living spaces that are both stunning and practical.

Many homes include the luxury of skygardens that not only provide a beautiful view, but also a personal outdoor oasis.

The development gained a lot of attention from party-goers and celebs when its presentation centre hosted several of the Toronto International Film Festival’s hottest events last year.

Congrats to Curated Properties on the win! We’ve heard the developer has a new loft townhome project in the works, so stay locked on BuzzBuzzHome News for the scoop on it.
