We’re celebrating the outdoors from the great indoors at Upper East Side condo project Azure, which hit the 75 percent sold mark earlier this spring.
The 34-story, 128-unit building, located at 333 East 91st Street, was designed by SLCE Architects and offers studio to five-bedroom homes. The development is by The DeMatteis Organizations and The Mattone Group. Studios and one-bedrooms occupy the lower floors, while the larger “Tower” apartments start at the seventh floor, with just four Tower homes per level.
Available units start at $995,000 for a 1,203-square-foot one-bedroom and go up to $13 million for a 5,308-square-foot, five-bedroom penthouse. The apartments have ceilings up to 11 feet, floor-to-ceiling windows, kitchens with white oak cabinetry, Viking appliances, marble-and-porcelain bathrooms, generous closet space and views from all angles.
Which brings us to our original point: the views. Because a sunny, blue-sky vista is an instant picker-upper, and Azure keeps the tableaux on tap, as seen by the top 7 photos below. First, the views from the interiors:
And now, views from the North, East, West and South:
