The East River Partners project will begin viewings in mid-June; the building has four three-bedroom condos and one garden duplex, with prices ranging from $1.15 million to $1.6 million, according to the teaser site. The three-bedrooms will measure 1,370 square feet, while the duplex will measure 2,200 square feet.
