Promontory’s picturesque surroundings are on display in Bosa Properties’ latest video. The one-minute clip shows off the condo tower’s impressive views of Victoria’s Inner and Upper Harbour in the master-planned Bayview Place community.

The 21-storey high-rise is connected to downtown Victoria by the Johnson Street Bridge, meaning residents are removed from the noise and traffic but still just a 10 to 15-minute walk from the vibrant area that’s home to popular eateries like Il Terrazzo, Ulla, the Canoe Brewpub, Jam Café, Brasserie L’école and Habit Coffee.

Of course, Promontory’s immediate West Victoria neighbourhood is teaming with its own amenities, including Save on Foods, Caffe Fantastico and Spinnakers. The seawall is also right off Promontory’s doorstep, so residents can enjoy the ocean on foot, bicycle or rollerblade.

And then there is the redevelopment of Victoria’s historic Roundhouse, which will see a Granville Island-style market and neighbourhood hub added to Promontory‘s already vibrant community. Construction on that project will begin later this year.

Bottom line: Promontory’s surroundings really are as attractive as they look in the video.
