Here at BuzzBuzzHome News, we appreciate how canny urban photographers and snap-happy real estate lovers are photographing how buildings are built and cities change.
It’s hard not to appreciate this awesome, vertigo-inducing photo of the work happening on M9-4 in Montreal. The 20-storey building by DevMcGill kicked off the excavation process last month and construction is moving forward.
Located at 888 Rue Wellington, the condo will be at the gateway between Old Montreal and the downtown. The fourth phase of the highly popular M9 development will feature suites in 400 to 2000 square foot range and ceiling heights up to an astonishing 19 feet.
We’re keen to see how the project will take shape, from the contemporary style of the exterior designed by Sid Lee Architecture to the chic lobby with nearly 13-foot ceilings. On-site amenities include a rooftop terrace complete with pool, hot tub, BBQ and panoramic city views and a convenient gourmet grocery store and a café terrace on the ground floor.
Available condos range in price from $228,400 to $776,600.
