By now every savvy Torontonian is well-aware that the neighbourhood surrounding 383 Sorauren in Toronto’s west end is about as trendy as they come. Last night’s VIP event at the new 383 Sorauren presentation centre, hosted by Gairloch and Centrestone Urban Developments exuded the hip vibe that is ubiquitous within the area.
The young, well-dressed crowd’s sensibilities were reflected in the Johnson Chou-designed model suite and scale model, showcasing the development’s unique Peter Clewes architecture.

The scale model showcased the architecture by Peter Clewes’ architectsAlliance.
Photo-taking proved difficult due to the completely packed presentation centre. We managed to snap a few shots though.
Like the main area in the presentation centre, the Johnson Chou-designed model suite was very busy.
The model suite is a two bedroom design and measures 805 square feet.
