The Beaux-Arts Revival building, which dates to 1913, is located between Fifth and Madison avenues. The 105,000-square-foot rental was restored and modernized by architectural firms Shelton, Mindel & Associates and Beyer Blinder Belle Architects. The 12-story building has two separate wings.
