ParkCity Condominiums in Burlington promises to be a unique project that captures the style of urban living in a much more relaxed setting. Tobyn Park Homes recently released a video showing just how the developer will manage this balance.
“Throughout our development, the use of the land and the green space around it has been key factor,” explained Bob Kosnik, President of Tobyn Park Homes.
“At ParkCity Condominiums, we’ve not only taken advantage of the green space to our east, but have also created a park-like interior for the residents to relax and enjoy.”
Beyond the 2-acre park that grounds the project, there’s something for the more urbane consumer. The Marketing Director for Toolbox Strategies, Monica O’Reilly, noted that today’s condo buyer is quite savvy and ParkCity was designed as an authentic project that would appeal to condo-seekers with discerning taste.
The four-storey building will have fully modern interiors designed by the internationally-recognized firm Union31. The project’s stocked with a number of sophisticated features including a rooftop terrace, media lounge and a fitness studio.
“This is what people want,” said O’Reilly. “They want city style and urban flair, but they want it in a suburban setting.”
Though the flick shows the excitement building over ParkCity as well as all the finishes of the model suite, that might not be enough for the truly curious. After all, as O’Reilly suggested, “It’s definitely something you have to visit to experience.”
The project is currently in the preconstruction phase. Available units start at $180,000s.
