Cinema Tower Spring is on its way (no matter what the weather reports say) and what better time to think about owning your own home?

But even if plunking down a big downpayment isn’t in your financial forecast right now, the Daniels Corporation has just introduced a new rent-to-own opportunity for their Cinema Tower project.

The Entertainment District high-rise, now under construction at Widmer Street and Adelaide Street West, will be a premier spot for urbanites looking for fast access to downtown office towers, great restaurants and bars along King and Queen streets and plenty of chances to spot stars during the Toronto International Film Festival.

But the luxe life is in reach for renters who want to ease into condo ownership. Daniels is offering its first such program: start living in the Cinema Tower as early as this summer and a portion of your rent will be credited to your five per cent down payment. After only one year, all you’ll need to do is top up your 5 per cent down payment at closing and you’ll be a bona fide home owner.

The perks don’t end there. Renters who get with the program will also enjoy everything the Cinema Tower has to offer including all the amenities of Club Cinematheque, a three-year membership to TIFF Bell Lightbox theatre, early access to tickets to the film festival and a free one-year Bixi Toronto bike membership.

Need more intel on the new chance to own? Daniels will be hosting seminars on Thursday March 21st at 6:30 pm and Saturday March 23rd at 11 am. Both sessions will be at the Cinema Tower presentation centre at 325 Adelaide St. W.
