Le Peterson rendering In a just released rendering, the distinctive architecture of Le Peterson clearly shows how the tower will be a bold new addition to the Montreal skyline.

With large, rounded balconies, the new undertaking by Malen Capital and Benvenuto Group boasts plenty of daring curves. The out-of-the-box design for the 31-storey tower was envisioned by Bruno St Jean of NEUF.

Architecture aficionados can learn more about the structure’s innovative shape and learn design tips at an upcoming event at the sales centre (405 rue de la Concorde). On Thursday, March 14th from 5:30pm to 9pm, Le Peterson will have St Jean on hand as well the designer behind the interior, Bryon Patton.

And soon, discerning buyers will be able to claim their own top-floor views of the building. Starting this April, the penthouse units, located on the highest four floors of the building, will go on sale.

The structure may be eye-catching, but it will be eco-friendly as well thanks to a Green Globes design, energy-efficient appliances and water-saving fixtures, reserved parking spaces for charging electric cars and a bike repair area.

Le Peterson is also close to public transit and in one of the most amenity-rich neighbourhoods in town.

“Quartier des Spectacles is one of the most compelling neighbourhoods in Montreal, close to the downtown office core, McGill, UQAM, Place des Arts and the CHUM, and the best shopping and entertainment,” said Mitchell Abrahams, President of Benvenuto Group and Malen Capital Corp.

“With Le Peterson, and a couple of other projects happening, the area will be defined by the great festivals and the best residential high-rise in the downtown core.”

It’s no wonder that this unique property made our list of the site’s most popular Quebec real estate developments in 2012.
