The One in False Creek Soon-to-be under construction at 38 West 1st Avenue between Salt and Ontario streets is Pinnacle International’s The One, a 165-home condo and townhome community scheduled for completion in 2015.

The One’s Southeast False Creek neighbourhood means residents will be close to Vancouver’s most popular attractions, and, because of the wealth of nearby transit options, all other corners of the Lower Mainland.

The Main Street SkyTrain station is a short walk away from The One, while the Canada Line is just a 12-minute stroll down the road. The two rapid transit options mean YVR airport is just 25 minutes away, Metrotown is just 26 minutes away and Waterfront Station is just 15 minutes away.

From The One, residents will be able to hop on the Aquabus at the new station in The Village and be ferried to Granville Island, downtown Vancouver, and beaches all within minutes.

The One’s False Creek location also means residents can easily walk or bike to any of Vancouver’s most popular attractions. Both downtown stadiums are accessible by walkways around the Telus World of Science, and the eclectic mix of shops and restaurants in Mount Pleasant are just up Main Street. Vancouver’s famous seawall is right at The One’s doorstep, which means residents can walk, jog, bike or rollerblade from their front door to Coal Harbour or Kits Beach. The historic neighbourhoods of Yaletown, Gastown and Chinatown are also all within walking distance.

If you ever want to get up to Whistler or over to Vancouver Island, the nearby Pacific Central Station offers convenient bus service to both of those popular destinations (and more across Canada and the United States).

Wherever it is you want to go, there are few places in Vancouver that are more accessible than Southeast False Creek.

Visit The One‘s sales centre betwen 12pm and 5pm daily at 1738 Ontario Street for a closer look at the homes.
