Relaxed-luxe conversion 101 West 87 is over 80 percent sold.
The 12-story, 62-unit Upper West Side project by Bazbaz Development launched sales early in January due to fierce demand, and the apartments have been selling briskly since.
The five available units range from a 1,169-square-foot two-bedroom asking $1.725 million to a 2,488-square-foot four-bedroom asking $4.5 million.
Bazbaz Development bought the building, previously a 95-unit rental, for $48 million, adding 40,000 square feet to the property and reducing the number of apartments to 62. Amenities include a courtyard garden, lounge, 24-hour doorman, roof terrace, children’s playroom and gym.
