There’s a new rendering up for The Renwick at 15 Renwick Street in Soho.
The project will have 31 apartments ranging from one-bedroom to five-bedroom units, including three townhouses with ground-floor access and four penthouses with terraces. The building will feature front and rear gardens, a public zen garden, a gym and private storage, according to the ODA Architecture site, which posted a bunch of intriguing renderings.
Izaki Group Investments is heading up the project, with CORE handling sales and marketing at the property; the two are collaborating on Tribeca condo conversion 93 Worth, which is selling like augmented-reality hotcakes.
“We are very excited to be working on another project with IGI on one of the last remaining undeveloped lots in this exciting neighborhood,” CORE CEO Shaun Osher said in a statement last spring.
