The Whitman living roomMelancholy over the season finale of Downton Abbey? No matter — The Whitman on Madison Square Park has enough aristocratic grandeur to make Lady Mary proud (well, even prouder than usual).

The regal six-story, four-unit condo conversion by Mitchell Holdings has hit the market, with pricing starting at $10 million.

The New Georgian-style property, located at 21 East 26th Street, was originally built in 1924. As the corporate headquarters and showroom for textile giant Clarence B. Whitman and Sons, the building was designed to evoke a London trading house.

The renovation by Jeffrey Cole Architects will be finished this summer.

The three full-floor, four-bedroom homes measure 4,967 square feet, and the $22.5 million duplex penthouse measures 6,540 square feet. Each residence will have wide plank rift white oak floors, ceiling heights of 11 feet to 12 feet 4 inches, lavish custom cabinetry by Italian designer ArcLinea, Dornbracht & Hansgrohe bathroom fixtures and a Crestron smart home system.

Amenities will include a full-time doorman, private elevator landing, gym and individual storage rooms — not to mention the lofty views of Madison Square Park. Renderings below:
