The final tower at huge mixed-use Flushing, Queens development Sky View Parc has officially come on the market, four-and-a-half years after the $1 billion project first launched.
The 17-story building, named Tower 2, offers 134 units, ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments, representatives for developer Onex Real Estate Partners told The Real Deal. Soft sales at the tower, located at 40 College Point Boulevard, kicked off five weeks ago.
Apartments at Tower One and Tower Three were more than 90 percent sold, The Real Deal reported. Sky View Parc, combined with the anchoring 800,000-square-foot mall named Sky View Center, is the biggest mixed-use development in Flushing.
Pricing at Tower 2 starts at $325,000, and the most expensive available unit is a $1.38 million three-bedroom, three-bathroom measuring 1,653 square feet. The homes have oversized windows, cherry oak floors, walk-in closets, nine-foot ceilings, in-unit washer and dryer and a 15-year 421-a tax abatement. Amenities include a 24-hour doorman, 4-acre planted roof park, running track, outdoor tennis and basketball courts, golf putting greens, dog run, health spa and indoor valet parking.
