The 421 Hudson Street property will have 60 new condominiums, with one- to four-bedroom residences, townhouses and maisonettes accessible through the building’s block-long private landscaped mews. The earliest occupancy is slated for this May.

Architecture firm workshop/apd is leading the revamp of the building, which dates back to 1911. “The concept is a modern take on prewar loft structures,” workshop/apd Principal Andrew Kotchen said in a statement. The “rustic yet modern aesthetic” will showcase the homes’ natural light and high ceilings.

The Printing House project is a collaboration between Myles Horn, Belvedere Capital Management, and Angelo, Gordon & Co. Corcoran Sunshine is marketing the property, and we’re looking forward to checking out the four model units when they’re unveiled next month.
