Husbands Maryam and Nargues Mansouri, the dynamic developer team behind The Perry, hosted a Valentine-themed charity event at their presentation centre in Yorkville on Tuesday night.

Eight men — four husbands and four bachelors — designed one  bouquet each to be auctioned off that night with the proceeds going to Rethink Breast Cancer.

While they bid on bouquets and mingled, guests enjoyed a sampling menu courtesy of John and Sons Oyster House that included Oysters Rockefeller and lobster grilled cheese.

Robert Faissal, Managing Partner at Richmond Development LLC, came out on top in the husband category while writer and editor Braden Rosner took the top spot in the bachelor category.

All in all, $1,500 was raised from the sale of bouquets and, because Mansouri Living is matching the donation, a total of $3,000 will be given to Rethink Breast Cancer.

Replicas of the bouquets are available to purchase through the month of February at Kay and Young’s Florist, the famed flower shop at Avenue and Davenport with all proceeds going to Rethink Breast Cancer.
