What would life be like in a 50-storey, transit-oriented development in the heart of Surrey’s new downtown?
This will be your first chance to see what Surrey’s tallest tower and first ever mixed-use hotel and residential development has to offer its residents from the inside.
3 Civic Plaza is, of course, part of the $500-million Surrey City Centre development on the site at King George Boulevard that includes Surrey’s new city hall, library and other civic buildings. The tower’s iconic design comes from architect Patrick Cotter. The building and all of its 330 homes will be completed in 2015.
