Investor Forum 2011 As BuzzBuzzHome News reported last week, Canadian Real Estate Wealth’s Investor Forum will return to Toronto during the weekend of March 9th.

Its aim is to connect industry experts with aspiring real estate investors and those hoping to expand their property portfolios.  Through two days of seminars, panel discussions and networking events, attendees will have the opportunity to hear a wide variety of real estate experts speak about topics ranging from how to increase rentals yields to how to identify new investment opportunities.

The event takes place at Toronto Congress Centre, at Dixon Road and Highway 27, on March 9th and 10th.

The opening keynote will be given by David Chilton, the author of the best-selling The Wealthy Barber and the recently published The Wealthy Barber Returns. He also boasts the auspicious title of new “dragon” on CBC’s famed Dragon’s Den.

With a knack for identifying great ventures, Chilton will speak to the crowd about how you can transition from an aspiring entrepreneur to achieving your real estate investing goals using his strategies for success.

Another must-see seminar will be presented by Mark Weisleder, a real estate lawyer and author. Weisleder writes a weekly real estate column for the Toronto Star and has appeared on Canada AM and Breakfast Television. His talk will focus on managing your landlord-tenant relationship by knowing your rights as a landlord as well as the rights of a tenant.

Ian Szabo, author of From Renos to Riches, will also be speaking at the Investor Forum. Szabo will provide insight into how to effectively renovate your investment property in order to maximize your cash-flow potential. He’ll be advising the audience with tips on improving aesthetics, energy usage, longevity and durability. Not to be missed…

Early bird tickets are on sale now and BuzzBuzzHome News readers receive an additional 20 per cent off tickets. That’s a not-too-shabby total of 40 per cent off the regular price. Check out the Toronto Investor Forum site and use the promo code (IFBUZZ) to get the full discount.

Mark March 9th and 10th on your calendars!
