The original five-story vacant commercial building between Broadway and Nassau Street added 14 stories for a total of 19 levels. The 14 “limited-edition” apartments will have direct elevator access, and there will be several duplexes available. Homes will include grey-stained white oak flooring, oversized windows, chef-worthy kitchens with white mocha mahogany cabinetry and baths with marble floors, stone walls, Kohler rain shower and large soaking tub.
Construction work on the long-awaited project was approved in 2004. The architect is Newman Design, who kept the skin on the first five floors and installed a narrow scissor stair. The Marketing Directors is promoting the property.
