Howard-Park-Exterior-Rendering Howard Park, the new project by Triumph Developments in Roncesvalles Village, has been garnering plenty of well-deserved attention due to its extensive list of green features.

The developer has rightfully dubbed Howard Park “Green to the Core” and it has the low carbon footprint to prove its environmentally friendly credentials.

One of the most notable components of the development is its lush green terraces. Above the sixth level, all the terraced suites are designed to grow plants that produce oxygen, provide soil to absorb rainwater and offset the building’s carbon emissions.

Howard Park is receiving major accolades for using geothermal energy as its main heating and cooling source. There’s an infinite supply of geothermal energy and, best of all, it doesn’t create pollution. It also goes a long way in reducing residents’ energy bills.

Energy bills will be reduced ever further by the array of green features Triumph has integrated into the suites at Howard Park. All suites in the eight storey, RAW designed project will be outfitted with Energy Star appliances, energy efficient lighting, dual-flush toilets, water-saving showerheads and low-flow faucets.

The developer is also offering up to $20,000 cash back at closing on a select number of suites. The offer runs for a limited time only, so you should speak to a sales representative soon. The presentation centre is open between noon and 5pm on both Saturday and Sunday and is open by appointment only through the week.
