The Brodsky Organization kicked off sales for 455 West 20th Street yesterday, releasing new interior and exterior renderings.
The Chelsea project between 9th and 10th Ave. will be half new construction, half conversion and will contain 23 units priced from $2.26 to $6.5 million.
Brodsky will renovate a building originally constructed in 1836 as part of the General Theological Seminary and link it to a new construction building with a glass atrium.
The one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, including duplexes and penthouses with outdoor space, will range from 1,191 to 3,790 square feet. Amenities will include a 24-hour doorman, gym, bike room and private storage.
