Looks like the Upper East Side is getting a boutique eight-unit, nine-story condo at 234 East 70th Street.
The almost-finished building between Second and Third avenues will have six full-floor residences, a garden duplex and a duplex penthouse. The original structure was four stories tall and traded several years ago for $3.5 million, according to A Fine Blog.
The apartments will feature private keyed elevator entry, and most of the units will have their own outdoor space. The Corcoran listing touts the building’s “handsome, absolute black granite facade and oversized Norwood mahogany windows.”
Amenities include a Smart Home system, video intercom security and a common roof terrace.
