Tour des Canadiens‘ impact is still rippling outward from the epicentre of Montreal.
The significant media coverage that the project has received so far tends to focus on the building’s height (it will be one of Montreal’s tallest residential towers) and its amazing location in the heart of the city at the Bell Centre. While these are all points worth focusing on, there are plenty of more specific attributes to the game-changing project that deserve to be highlighted.
For instance, the ownership privileges at Tour des Canadiens aren’t your typical perks that you’ll find at most condo developments.
As you may know, the Bell Centre is the home base of the Montreal Canadiens and many perks revolve around the iconic hockey team. With a package dubbed Home Ice Advantage, residents of Tours des Canadiens will receive priority access to game tickets and private viewings of Canadiens practice sessions.
Also on the list of perks are access to pre-sales on concert and event tickets, VIP access and a 10 per cent discount at the proposed Sports Bar and Restaurant and a 15 per cent discount at the Habs Zone team store.
