Christmas has certainly come early for some new home buyers. Over the last few weeks, the BC Government has been sending out cheques to those who have already qualified for the First-Time Home Buyers’ Bonus, a one-time payment worth up to $10,000.

And did you know that first-time buyers who purchase one of  Fairborne‘s Sequoia townhomes in Surrey are eligible for this bonus?
