king blue condos King Blue made one of the biggest splashes of 2012 in the new development world when it debuted on King West in October.

Easton’s Group, the developer behind King Blue, first gained notoriety in the hotel world and with this project, they’re aiming to take the condo kingdom by storm too.

There’s no doubt that they’re looking to dazzle potential purchasers with the immaculate presentation centre they’ve put together at King and Blue Jays Way. Munge Leung, the acclaimed design firm, has created an interior that’s as aesthetically stunning as they come and the designers will surely recreate the magic in every space when King Blue is complete.

Everyone is well aware that King West has become an especially sought after location in the last few years and the developer is hoping to add even more appeal to the already popular strip.

The large swath of retail space on the ground floor will feature new shops to complement King West’s reputation as the ‘new Yorkville’. It will also house the new Theatre Museum Canada, an education and exhibition centre where visitors can learn more about Toronto’s rich history as a theatre destination.

Other amenities that residents will enjoy are a 5,800 square foot rooftop patio with panoramic city views, a pool on the sixth floor and a top notch fitness centre.

Easton’s Group set out to make an impact with their first residential project and so far, King Blue has knocked condo seekers and real estate aficionados off their feet.
