Sales have officially started at the 30 Henry Street condo conversion of the former Brooklyn Daily Eagle headquarters in Brooklyn Heights.
After a soft sales launch, The Heights development by Fortis Property Group is releasing its five floor-through units, which will range from a 2,418-square-foot three-bedroom asking $3.395 million to a 2,861-square-foot three-bedroom penthouse asking $4.95 million. Construction at the BKSK Architects-designed project is slated to wrap up in summer 2013.
Amenities include a private automated parking garage, storage rooms and a virtual doorman. Elevators open directly into a formal entry foyer in each brownstone-style home, and there will be terraces overlooking an interior landscaped courtyard with a fountain.
