Now that the storm insanity has receded slightly, the New York real estate market is returning to business as usual, which means $13 million West Chelsea penthouses owned by Oscar winners.

Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have placed their three-bedroom, 3.5-bath duplex at 200 Eleventh Avenue on the market with an asking price of $12.95 million, or $3,987 a square foot. The 3,248-square-foot apartment, the last available unit in the 14-condo complex, has floor-to-ceiling windows framed in black aluminum, 11-foot ceilings, two loggia terraces with unobstructed views of the Empire State Building and Midtown, and a car lift that hoists your ride to a private sky garage en-suite.

The apartment is decked out in teak hardwood floors, custom cabinets and teak millwork in the master bathroom. 200 Eleventh Avenue, designed by Selldorf Architects, is a recently completed full-service condo with no retail or commercial space. Kidman sold her apartment at Richard Meier-designed 176 Perry St. for $16 million around August, allegedly because a rising 165 Charles Street marred the view. Maybe this is the celebrity version of winter cleaning?
