The biggest New York real estate sale last week was Harrison Ford’s 12th-floor Chelsea condo, which traded for $16 million.

The eminently raid-able 5,660-square-foot penthouse at 206 W. 17th St. has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a library, office, gym, den and 2,330 square feet of terrace. The home has been on and off the market since December 2010.

Additional features include a private keyed elevator, security system and radiant heated poured-concrete floors. Although the the monthly common charges and real estate taxes add up to a whopping $15,269, the 11-unit City Prairie (how urban cowboy!) building has no amenities other than a video intercom system — perhaps a concession to the well-heeled adventurer? After all, Han Solo doesn’t need a stinking spa.
