A crowd of over 500 turned up at the Bloor Hot Docs Cinema earlier this month to catch a glimpse of B.streets‘ six exclusive Lane Homes and take in a screening of the uber-enlightening architecture documentary “Coast Modern”.
Lindvest Properties, the developer behind B.streets, seems to know how to please Annex residents (both current and future). A collection of beautiful two-storey residences and a screening of a film that follows two directors as they explore the nature-channelling architecture of the Pacific Northwest.
Michoel Klugmann, VP of Lindvest Properties, who was joined by Hunter Milborne, owner of Milborne Real Estate, discussed the myriad of desirable qualities that the Lane Homes and the broader B.streets project has to boast about.
Following the film, David Pontarini, acclaimed architect and the vision behind B.streets and the recently renovated Bloor Cinema, gave a special presentation on modernist architecture. Brilliant stuff!
Lindvest is betting that purchasers of their Lane Homes will be documentary buffs as they will each receive two 10-year membership passes to Hot Docs.
