Watch out, luxury world: new residential brokerage Trump International Realty made its debut in Chicago, Las Vegas and New York this week, with 20 agents across four Manhattan offices.

The Trump Organization’s senior vice president of sales, Kathy Kaye, is heading up the firm along with Kevin Sneddon, senior vice president and managing director of New York operations. The brokerage, which will handle high-end sales and rentals, opened its storefront flagship at 108 Central Park South. Over the next year, Trump International will establish a downtown Manhattan location and other offices in the city.

“Everyone involved is going to make money,” Donald Trump said at Wednesday’s launch party at Trump Tower on 725 Fifth Avenue, The Real Deal reported. “I don’t think with the people we’ve assembled that anyone can compete with what we’re doing.”

The brokerage’s exclusive listings include a $8.5 million two-bedroom at the Hampshire House at 150 Central Park South and a $75,000 rental at 240 Riverside Boulevard.
