Panorama Hills is what you’d call a “have” neighbourhood because it has everything: three shopping centres – one of which is located right next to Panorama West; Cardel Place Recreation Centre, which includes three gyms, two ice hockey rinks, an indoor pool and workout area; rapid transit – a direct to downtown connection; as well as easy access to trails, playgrounds, schools, parks and the Panorama Hills Community Centre, which boasts an outdoor waterpark in summer and outdoor skating in winter.
And just as the community has lots to offer, so too do the Panorama West units, with standard features that include top-of-the-line appliances, patio deck, maple cabinets, a storage locker, knockdown ceilings and heated underground parking that comes with a majority of the condos.
Of course the trouble with so many amenities is that the homes become so attractive and most of the units get snatched up quickly – which is exactly what’s happening at Panorama West.
Building A is sold out, but it’s where you will find the four different condo show suites and sales centre (open from 2pm to 8pm Monday to Thursday, and 12pm to 5pm on the weekends).
The four-storey condo apartment that is Building B has two elevators and underground parking, but at 96 per cent sold, you’ll have to act fast if you want to take possession of one of the few remaining units.
Like Building B, the still-under-construction Building C is four-storeys tall, has two elevators, underground parking and nine different floor plans for buyers to choose from. But again, it’s best to act quickly as it’s already 60 per cent sold out.
The good news is that the one bedroom condos in Building C start at just $156,900, while the two bedroom units are anywhere from $181,900 to $300,000. And with just a five per cent deposit required, it won’t be hard to secure one of these attractive homes that should be move-in ready by late summer or fall 2013.
