One of Vancouver’s hottest neighbourhoods is about to get a striking addition. MC² by Intracorp is moving into the Cambie Corridor.

Located at the intersection of Marine Drive and Cambie, the project is close to the Canada Line, meaning MC² residents don’t need a car to zip around the city. The Canada Line provides easy access to downtown Vancouver, YVR International Airport, and downtown Richmond getting you everywhere in minutes.

Designed by world-renowned architect James Cheng, MC² will include two towers and attached podiums with residential, retail, and rental units. The building will be built to LEED® environmental standard, and the project will encourage the use of transit, bikes, and co-op cars.

And, if that wasn’t enough, MC² will also feature public art installations by artist and author Douglas Coupland. Why wouldn’t you want to live here? We do!

Better yet, MC² is currently hosting the super fun “Einstein on the Line” photo contest. To enter, you can pick up an Einstein mask at their Presentation Centre located at 8160 Cambie Street (at Marine Drive), the LoveSocial offices located at suite 322-309 West Cordova in downtown Vancouver or you can print your own mask here.

Then, you can grab a camera and snap a photo of how “Einstein” loves Vancouver and submit it for the chance to win a  D7000 Nikon camera, valued at $1,500! You can find out more about this great contest here.

For more information you can call 604-638-9998, email info@mc2living.com, or visit their website here.
