Eau Du Soleil is undoubtedly one of the biggest projects to hit the Toronto market this fall. The Empire Communities development, billed as Canada’s tallest waterfront community, has built up a incredible amount of buzz, as illustrated by the packed VIP launch last week at the Eau Du Soleil presentation centre.
The impressive scale model was unveiled and VIPs learned more about the excellent location along the Mimico waterfront, top notch design and wide range of amenities.
The project will comprise two towers — one measuring 66 storeys and the other measuring 45 storeys — with a total of 750 units. E.I. Richmond Architects and the Zeidler Partnership are behind the design of the iconic towers that will be connected by an electrifying podium.
Floor plans range in size from 504 to 1,046 square feet and include one bedroom to three bedroom designs. All suites boast 9 foot ceilings while 10 foot ceilings are the standard on the 60th floor and above.
Eau Du Soleil will also feature 40,000 square feet of amenity space including an exclusive Private Sky Lounge on the 66th floor for residents from the 50th floor and above. The sixth floor amenities space sports a terrace, salt water pool, hot tub, state-of-the-art Strength training zone, mixed martial arts room and a yoga and pilates studio. The fun continues on the seventh floor with an exquisite party room that extends onto the Infinity Terrace.
With the TTC, Mimico GO Station, Highway 427 and the QEW right at residents’ doorsteps, Eau Du Soleil is truly a waterfront gem.
We’ll have more buzz on this one sooner than soon! Stay tuned…
