The mysterious 200 East 79th Street project by Skyline Developers had us itching with curiosity over its lack of renderings and pricing details, but now the 39-unit condominium has finally hit the market.

The official website lists eight units for sale, starting with a three-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom apartment for $2.855 million. A five-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom unit measuring 4,187 square feet will cost you $7.35 million, and prices could go as high as over $14 million.

Located at East 79th Street and Third Avenue, the Cetra/Ruddy design is an exercise in prewar eleganza, with foyers, bedroom corridors and separate bedroom wings. All units will have large windows, paneled solid oak floors and classy-hot touches such as herringbone marble floors in the bathroom.

Amenities include a residents’ lounge, a terrace with a pergola and a fitness center. Residents will be able to reserve a private studio for personal training, yoga and pilates workouts. The gym sports a ping-pong table, mirrored dance area with ballet barre, an all-purpose court with adjustable basketball hoops and bleacher-style seating for buyers who like an audience.
