Forget star-studded; West 57th Street is going supernova, architecturally speaking.

A 51-story luxury spire is coming to the same thoroughfare that will host Gary Barnett’s One57 billionaire behemoth and another Extell residential tower at Broadway and West 57th Street.

JDS Development will be bringing a condominium to 107 West 57th Street, designed by Cetra/Ruddy. JDS bought a majority stake at the site from Starwood Capital in the spring, according to the New York Observer.

The skinny, 43-foot-wide lot will host a 697-foot tower with one apartment per floor. There will be 13 single-floor units on levels 7 through 19 and 14 duplexes on floors 20 through 46. The building will have a quadraplex, and the highest floor will be recreational space.

The building will be anchored by 10,000 square feet of retail on the first to third floors. The second and sixth floors will feature recreational space, according to permits filed with the Department of Buildings.
