Carlyle Communities were certainly on the pulse of the Toronto’s residential real estate market when they chose the location of their Beach Hill Residences development. The Gerrard-Woodbine neighbourhood is fast becoming one of the most sought after areas in the city’s Beach community and Carlyle successfully identified the great potential of the site.
But it turns out that the developer was even more on the pulse than anyone anticipated. The Gerrard Woodbine Neighbourhood Association recently chose “Beach Hill” as the official name of their neighbourhood. The Association held a vote with several names in the running and Beach Hill came out on top.
While the choice for the new neighbourhood moniker and the name of the development can be chalked up mostly to serendipity, it’s great to see the residents of the area uniting around the name. We already knew Beach Hill Residences would fit in well with the neighbourhood, but this really seals the deal.
If you’re in the Toronto new development loop or are hunting for a condo in the Beach, you’re probably familiar with why Beach Hill Residences is making waves in the community. With striking architecture by RAW Design and thrilling interiors by UNION31, Beach Hill Residences will be the coolest project on the block.
Check out the Beach Hill Residences website to register for update on the project. Word on the street is there will be a preview before the official launch and only those who registered will be in the know about it.
