More details are trickling in for Carroll Gardens’ Sackett Union, the largest neighborhood project in the last few decades.

Pricing will start at $1,105,000 for a two-bedroom at the seven-story development formerly known as 340 Court Street. Fifteen of the 32 condo units have been sold, and one of the 11 townhouses is off the market, according to Pardon Me For Asking.

Alchemy Properties took charge at the long-stalled project from previous developer The Clarett Group, who ditched their NYC office. The official web site will be rolling out in two weeks, and there will be an open house in February, when the main entrance on Union Street is finished, PMFA reported.

The condominium building has two-, three- and four-bedroom units along Court Street, with a penthouse and outdoor lounge. The townhouses along Union and Sackett Streets will consist of four single-family homes and seven two-family homes. No two units will have the same floor plan.

Construction is expected to wrap up in summer of 2013.
