Have millions to spend on a new urban palace but no time for fussing over interior decor? For $75 million, you can snag an elaborately furnished 11,000-square-foot condo in the Heritage at Trump Place on Riverside Boulevard, complete with a jellyfish tank, safe room, a rain fountain Jacuzzi, ventilated cigar room and Baccarat chandeliers.

The triplex, townhome-style unit at 240 Riverside Boulevard is comprised of six apartments facing the Hudson River, with two separate staff and guest apartments that bump up the total square footage to 14,547, the New York Post reported. The Heritage condo is a 150-unit building originally developed by the Trumps. The listing, which is asking for $5,156 per square foot, is being handled by Ivanka Trump and her Trump Sales and Leasing division.

Other swoon-worthy features of the mega-apartment include bathroom-embedded flatscreen TVs, a white-striped marble spa, fitness room with soundproof floor, several terraces, internal staircases and a Creston system that can control all the electronic lights, motorized doors, televisions, air conditioning and curtains from an iPad anywhere in the world.

The seller is a family who accumulated and renovated the apartments over the years, the Post reported. We guess that some people pick up stray kittens, and other people pick up stray luxury condos.
