210 simcoe bottoming off What do you do when your construction team finishes digging the foundation? If you’re the Sorbara Group, you throw a big party with plenty of delicious food for all those involved with the project.

The dig is nearly finished at their 210 Simcoe project in downtown Toronto and what better way to celebrate than with a “bottoming off party” featuring some truly amazing barbecued cuisine?

Culinary Cravings, who are always up for bringing their cuisine to a construction site, supplied the delicious food. A huge group of people involved in all facets of the project ate their fill of ribs, chicken and porchetta at ground level while work on 210 Simcoe went on below.
