If there seems to be more fanfare than usual around Yonge and Eglinton this Saturday, that’s because Tridel and Beaux Properties are celebrating the grand opening of 101 Erskine.

The project has been building momentum over the summer and anticipation has hit a fevered pitch for the opening event. To mark the occasion, the developers will be bringing in the North Collegiate Marching Band to entertain local residents and potential purchasers alike.

Sound like wicked fun? Swing by North Toronto Collegiate Institute at 17 Broadway Avenue to check out the band embark on their march toward the new presentation centre at 2611 Yonge Street. A red carpet entrance will welcome the crowd to the presentation centre where guests will celebrate the opening with snacks, drinks and music. The band will depart from North Toronto Collegiate Institute at 11:30am and the launch kicks off at noon.

101 Erskine has been getting rave reviews so far for its design by the illustrious CS&P Architects and interiors by the acclaimed UNION31. Once complete, the project will stand 32 storeys and consist of 420 suites with 10 townhomes.
