Given the success of the Street Style pop-up shop at The Carnaby‘s sales centre in July, it’s no surprise that Streetcar decided to repeat the feat this month at The Carlaw‘s presentation centre.

The Leslieville development hosted a very successful pop-up that saw over 400 buyers flood the presentation centre on the hunt for deals on designer furniture. Streetcar also had a very tantalizing offer on the table: buy a loft at The Carlaw and the developer will furnish and design it for you.

Streetcar are the visionaries behind the Street Style pop-ups. Together with furniture icons Design Republic and design firm Seven Haus, they’ve created incredible opportunities to showcase their suites while flaunting some seriously amazing furniture and other must-see design wares.

It worked brilliantly on Queen West, why wouldn’t it work just as well on Queen East?

“The Design Republic style and The Carlaw style really fit into the Queen East loft vibe,” said Seven Haus principal Jeff Schnitter.

“It’s really an extension of the Streetcar style,” he continued. “Our philosophy is to not only show you a model suite, but to help you make any suite you buy become your own model suite.”

Streetcar is currently offering a $10,000 furniture package when you buy a one-bedroom or one-bedroom plus den suite and a $16,000 furniture package when purchase a two-bedroom or a two-bedroom plus den. What makes it even sweeter is an expert consultation from Seven Haus to personalize your suite is included in the deal.
