Another unit at long-awaited condominium One Madison Park is up for grabs as a rental.
The two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit at 23 East 22nd Street in the Flatiron District measures 1,328 square feet and is asking $12,000 per month. The condo, #33A, is available fully furnished for six months, starting November. Its neighbor at the fifty-story tower, #33B, is asking for similar rental prices.
The condo interiors, designed by Thomas Juul-Hansen, feature views of Madison Square Park, the Empire State Building and the Hudson River, with 9″ wide solid white oak floors and oversize doors.
The firm Related assumed control of One Madison Park earlier this year, after three creditors filed an involuntary bankruptcy petition against the original developers, a group led by Ira Shapiro of Slazer Enterprises. Related plans to relaunch sales within the next few months.
