Condo sales have officially launched at a converted prewar Park Slope building at 397 First Street.

Seven two-bedroom units are available, ranging in price from $829,000 to $1,279,000 for the building’s one duplex. Developer East River Partners gut renovated the interior and preserved the original brownstone’s stained glass, bay windows and fireplace mantles.

Features include open-plan kitchens with custom cabinets, individually controlled heat and air conditioning, video intercom security and private storage units. As a nod to the numerous families in Park Slope, the building is zoned for P.S. 321, and there will be common space for bikes and strollers.

All units will have solid oak floors, and some will include working fireplaces. Penthouse owners will enjoy private rooftops, and the duplex has its own garden. The Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group is handling the sales.
