The suite design extraordinaires over at Streetcar Developments are giving their masterfully constructed “The Cord” suite at The Carnaby some much-deserved time in the limelight. Queen West doesn’t see suites this good too often.
The two bedroom, two bathroom modern loft layout maximizes light, eliminates wasted space and functionally works overall. As a corner unit, it also offers panoramic views.
“The Cord has lots of storage, a master bedroom with walk-in closet and a dramatic corner bedroom with corner windows, two full bathrooms — one of which is the ensuite — and a living and dining space that is flooded with daylight and comes with great views of the city sunsets,” said Jeff Schnitter, principal at the Toronto-based Seven Haus Design, in a press release.
When it comes to condominium layout, versatility is the name of the game and The Cord is as versatile as they come. The suite’s 710 feet lets the resident enter through a vestibule that leads into the open plan living space. With a fully integrated kitchen, there’s plenty of space for a full-size dining table and living room layout that could be arranged any number of way.
“It’s a deliberately functional space,” Schnitter said. “The space is flooded with west-facing light and can be extended to the outside on the balcony which becomes an extension of the living area.”
Let’s have a look at the floor plan:
The Cord is just one of many brilliant things on offer at The Carnaby.
The developer is also offering $10,000 worth of designer furniture for one-bedroom and one-bedroom with den lofts, and $16,000 worth for two-bedroom and two-bedroom with den lofts. Quite a deal indeed!
With “suite” deals and delectable suites like these, we’ll surely have more buzz on The Carnaby soon!
