Their first release is already sold out, and they are oversubscribed for their next round!
More than 2000 people visited SOLO District during their opening weekend.
Ranging from first time buyers and young professionals to empty nesters and families, the crowd at the opening reflected SOLO District’s diverse buyer demographics.
George Wong of Magnum projects says that “SOLO District proves that market strength exists for a strong community concept, which is exactly what Appia Developments has created here at Brentwood. The best developments will counter any negative real estate market trends.”
When finished the site will include over 100,000 square feet of retails space, a Whole Foods, and 40, 000 square feet of office space. SOLO District’s first tower, named Stratus, will be 45 storeys and have nearly 400 homes.
With all it has to offer, it’s no wonder SOLO District is having such a great summer!
