When we first saw renderings for Sixth and Willow, it was love at first sight. Architecture enthusiasts are sure to drool over the contemporary West Coast look which includes concrete, glass, and clean lines complemented by a weathering steel screen on the west corner.
But, the beautiful design isn’t just for looks, it’s also functional. The screen offers privacy, shade and soundproofing.
But, what gets us even more excited about this development is the location.
Parks, schools, and restaurants are all nearby. Not only that, but the project site is close to some of Vancouver’s trendiest areas such as Granville Island, Fairvew Slopes and Cambie Village. It is also close to both SkyTrain and bus routes, putting residents right in the heart of Vancouver.
The homes at Sixth and Willow offer something for everyone. There are two, three, and four bedroom townhomes that include features such as floor to ceiling windows and undermount stainless steel sinks.
With so many positive qualities, we can’t imagine that this project won’t be success!
