It will be an exciting event for the town near St. Catherines, so if you’re in town or nearby, head on over to Battle of Beaverdam’s Park (near Ormond and Clairmont Street) to get in on the action. This is a full day affair with opening ceremonies beginning at 11am. The party continues until 10:15pm when the fireworks commence.
Throughout the day there will be bands performing, a dragon ritual drumming circle, and a best decorated bike contest. Be there or be square…
You’ve got to love when a developer takes a real interest in the community they’re building in and Great Gulf have hit the mark on this one. First off, it’s the most patriotic day of the year and you can do no wrong helping put on a spectacular Canada Day celebration. Second of all, nothing gets people out in droves quite like a fireworks display.
To top it all off, Rolling Meadows is a great development. The quiet town of Thorold offers parks, good schools, and a scenic environment — a perfect place to watch your family grow. And with homes ranging from 1845 to 3150 square feet, it’s a housing development designed for the family life.
If you don’t live in the area but want to see what the community has to offer, the Canada Day event is the perfect time to get into the Thorold spirit. As for Rolling Meadows, we’ll be buzzing more on this one soon!
